Great T-Ball Set for Kids!
This was a Christmas present for our twin toddlers and we have finally gotten a chance to use it outside! My kids love playing with it. All of the parts are a hard plastic so it's very durable and perfect for young children. The set is very simple to set up. The tee screws into the base and the balls sit easily on top of it. The tee is the perfect height and the bat isn't too heavy or light. This set also easily hangs on the wall. The balls snap into the bottom of the base and the tee and bat hang from the base. For the hours of fun we have gotten out of it thus far, the cost was very reasonable. We haven't tried other T-ball sets but this one has been good for us and I would highly recommend it!

Resilient, Fun, and Developmental
We have a 1 year old and and 3 year old. We really enjoy sturdy toys (e.g., wooden train sets, etc...) and this Little Tikes T-Ball set fits the bill. Our 1 year old enjoys setting the ball up on the T and trying to stand on the bat. Our 3 year old would initially take big swings, often taking out the the ball and the T!! My wife and I would initially smile and encourage him by saying "GREAT JOB!!!" "Way to hit that ball!!!" And, before long, actually within a couple of weeks, his coordination improved and he was actually doing a great job hitting the ball. Anyway, this T-Ball set has been stepped on and sat on by both kids, yet it keeps its form and we stand it back up and keep moving forward with play time!!!

Good for little tykes
Firmly believing that it's a grandpa's duty to make sure the grand-kids learn baseball, I bought two of these: one for my two-year old grand-daughter and one to keep at my house for her visits. It's very well made, simple to set up, transports well and just right for the two to four-year old set. It's not a batting trainer per se but it's great for getting down the fundamentals of swinging and hand-eye coordination. The construction is very durable and once she moves on to a real batting tee in a couple of years, I'm sure it'll last long enough for my grand-son's use. You can buy this is pink but I opted for the red and blue, non-gender specific, version. It's a great way to spend time with two things I love: my grand-daughter and baseball. And if it works that well for a Yankee fan grandfather and a Red Sox loving grand-daughter, it'll work just as well for you.

Great American Pasttime!
This was an Easter gift from the Easter Bunny! It was also the "hit" gift of this year. My son is 2 and a little over 36" tall. I'm 5'10" so he's tall like his family is tall. A concern I had was whether this would be too short. Huzzah! It was not! I screwed the ball pedestal in all the way in just to see and it turns out it's the perfect height. So, if you have a tall toddler, no worries it will be high enough and it will grow with you because the height is adjustable simply by screwing the red pedestal on the blue baseplate. The set comes with a yellow bat and two white balls. The bat and balls are hollow and lightweight. The set is designed with the ability to hang the plate base onto a wall for storage by screwing in hooks that don't come with it. It appears it's only designed for a wooden fence or another surface where you can place hooks on it. I don't have a wooden fence nor would I ever want to hang this on my wooden fence, but I guess some people do. However, that's the only way you can store the balls. The balls rest into groove when the baseplate is hung up. There's no ability to clip these balls in without the base being hung on a wall which drives a momma of a toddler crazy because are just free and loose. The pedestal screws out and it and the bat slide into holes on the baseplate. Everything is then flush against the wall. It is made of all plastic and thus easy to clean. It's probably made of some environmentally unfriendly material, but it's an outdoor toy. Given that I've been strict on knowing where my son's toys come from, what they are made of, and their safety record, I can bend on something's. It was shipped in a fairly large box (read wasteful) for items that can be packaged flat considering the durability of the plastic. It's not fine china! As far as fun goes, my son enjoyed his Easter morning running around with a bat and hitting the balls all morning and afternoon. Heck, even I wanted to play some teeball! My only complaint is the storage of the balls factor, but that will matter less when I get an outdoor toy chest and he can just toss everything in chest. I would also like additional balls and a ba so that more than one child can play at time, but maybe some Craigslist searching can yield that wish.

Every toddler needs one!
My toddler son loved this plastic t-ball set! It offers endless fun, with durability and so easy to clean. We created so many fun memories playing with this set in our backyard. Every toddler should have one of these!

Good quality set
Bought this for my toddler and used it for 3 kids. It’s a good quality set. It only held their attention for one season, so it didn’t get a lot of use. I like that you can use a lot of different types of balls on the tee. And the bat is a good size and not too heavy my my 1-year-old.

I would like to think that my son is a baseball prodigy
I would like to think that my son is a baseball prodigy, but it could just be that this is a nice little t-ball set that he loves to play with for long stretches of time (for a 2 YO anyway.) This is a nice sturdy toy that he can easily put the ball on for himself. His dad likes to play with it too (possibly more than he does) and it's great to encourage outdoor play. It can fold up and hang up too, but it pretty much just stays set up in our yard since we use it everyday and don't mind kids toys laying around. It has encouraged the my son to frequently use one of his first phrases, "Hit the ball!" Great toy!
