There are other 'look-a-like" of this item for sale here but they are not dimmable. Be careful which ones you get.These are 20W TOTAL - that's 10W up, and 10W down. The shutters are fully adjustable and make some cool light patterns if you want a narrower spread. They install quite easily on a standard round electrical box with the included ring. They are NOT UL listed if that's an issue for you. And they are fully dimmable with no issues. :-)

These look great, from a distance. There are big issues with them though. They are not designed to North American electrical safety standards. They appear to be intended to be used directly mounted to a wall with a bare wire running into the fixture. Perhaps this is the way they install things where these are made, but particularly if you live in the USA, you will have a hard time adapting these for use with a normal wall box.They are not impossible to use, but most wall boxes are round these are square and they come with round mounting plates. That means that you will see some of the circle behind the square. That also means that your will have some challenge sealing the gaps around the fixture. If it is in a covered location that would be even better. Also the 4.7" model covers up much better then the smaller version which doesn't really work at all unless you happen to have really small boxes.Also, because the connection is made inside a little box and the the light is mounted it will probably take 2 people and some patience to mount it.Overall I think they are worth the under $20 I paid for them. They just aren't really ready for a plug and play replacement with any existing normal fixtures, which is too bad, they could easily be designed slightly differently and they would be awesome.Light quality is good, they are installed under an eaves so they don't get any direct exposure and they seem to wearing well for the 5 summer months I've had them installed.

Impressed with this light. Wasn't sure at first, wiring looked flimsy and cheap. Installed it and it worked immediately. Checked it out at night, and WOW, it looks really slick and modern!! I like the lighting color as well, it's a 3k, not too white or yellow. I love that the light is adjustable as well. You can adjust it to shine up or down or both. I don't like that it does not have any covers over the LED bulbs to prevent water from entering. As one reviewer has noted, this can be remedied with a couple of pieces of plexiglass. Don't have any time for that now, and not too concerned over it because light is installed under an ease. Overall a good buy!

The light overall is very visually appealing. The installation and wiring have a LOT to be desired. 1) If you are replacing an existing wall sconce or porch light that has an electrical box embedded in your stucco or wall, this product does not have the holes pre-drilled to attach to the box. You will have to drill your own holes in order to mount this to the electrical box. 2) There are two waterproofing seals. The smaller one is on the base and will need to be cut to let wires through. The larger one is for the box itself. This seal is not the correct size and does not fit cleanly. Recommend you use a dab of silicone to hold the seal in place before you install the light to the base. 3) The electrical wires are not clearly labeled hot / neutral - ground is self evident. (FYI - Blue to Black, Brown to White) Additionally, the wires on the light are twisted pair and only tinned about 1/4". You will need to strip back more insulation and use the correct wire nuts, I also recommend adding electrical tape to ensure there is no chance of a short circuit.

This is a very good quality light. I bought this product to hang it in my patio or in the front porch wherever it works best. I ordered black color light box thinking it would look great with anything and it looked awesome then I expected. These lights are very attractive and bright. Great for the price and quality. Since it is waterproof there is no need of worrying about if the rain will damage the wire and all. It took some mounting work to install them, some drilling of holes. The installation process was not simple but not as that complicated as people have discussed in their comments. If you have some ideas about how to drill and where to drill that would take care of the install process. If you are someone who leaves your porch or backyard light on throughout the night, then this is it. It gives a shuttle look. I love the fact that it has adjustable angle so that way you can turn it in any direction of your choice. It was worth the money! I will be advertising it to my family and friends. Definitely buy this light again.

This light is very nice once installed. It's all metal and provides a very cool, modern look and nice warm light on both top and bottom. my initial impression was a bad one. The box had been opened and was damaged. However, the light was ok and it had all the parts. It didn't look used. There was a rattle in the fixture and one of the inside screws had come off. The other screws were all loose so I had to tighten them. This light is very hard to install. The instructions make no sense at all and it took a lot of effort and frustration before I was able to get it installed correctly. It contains a small transformer and a wire connector block that are loose and flop around when you are trying to mount it as well as a pesky gasket that keeps coming off. The instructions don't tell you that you need a minimum clearance on the top because the enclosure slides from the top. I had to modify the enclosure so I could slide it from the bottom. All in all I'm pleased with the light and would recommend with the caveat of the painful installation.

I’ve had them for about four months now. I bought three. I am a 59-year-old female and put them in myself.I only have the light coming out from the bottom but it could also be from the top. Superior quality for outdoor use. I was very impressed with the O rings and protection that they had to prevent water damage.
