Functional knife AND sheath.
This is a really nice knife to carry with you at all times. I put it on my belt at my back in a "scout carry" orientation. The blade is small enough to be legal in most places but still gives you enough blade to be useful. The finger grooves give you a comfortable grip for such a relatively small knife. It's nice that you can alter the orientation of the belt clip in any direction. The knife snaps into the sheath very well and it's probably not going to come out until you pull it out. I don't get the "neck knife" craze because that's incredibly uncomfortable for me and also seems like you're showing off the knife too much. Unfortunately most of the neck knife sized knives do not come with a functional sheath like this one has so I'm really glad I went with this one.

Pack strap knife
I purchased this little knife to use on my search and rescue pack strap. I liked the small but usable size and how the sheath works with the rotating clip so it can be oriented the way it is needed. To rotate the sheath clip, a small allen wrench is needed to loosen up the screw that holds the clip in place. So you need to decide the orientation and then change it with the screw. The knife fits very securely in the sheath. I wrapped the handle with paracord for better grip and visibility - there are YouTube videos online with instructions on wrapping this knife. Dings are that it is not as sharp as a Mora knife and I wished it came in a partially serrated version. It is tough to find a knife that is not too big and not too small for strap use - this one fits the bill.

Good for running belt
I purchased this knife for personnel defense while I run. The knife clips onto my running belt (I do use a rubber band to ensure the knife sheath will not come off of my SPIbelt) and there is no bounce. The knife is extremely tight in the sheath and will not come out while running. I have used this for a couple months on runs of 20+ miles. Great product.

I like that you can adust the sheath for vertical or ...
decent knife, but needed a little sharpening out of the box. I like that you can adust the sheath for vertical or horizontal carry on your belt, boot etc. Mine has a noticeable offset grind to the edge (see photo).. Id send it back if it were a $30+ folder, but its not horrible, and this was bought solely to have an easily concealed "ditchable" knife for a trip south of the border. If it made it home, then its a plus.It will certainly cut things, or work to fend something or someone off. I think its way too heavy for a long term neck knife, especially compared to my boker lil friend. If youre a discerning collector, I doubt youre looking at SOG anyway, but just in case, there are plenty of better knives for a few bucks more, id just hate to lose a nicer knife to a corrupt customs official or shady policia in Mexico.

Neck knife
It's light enough to be a neck knife. Sharpened well but not sure about edge retention but feels well built. I'm happy with the product!

good luck moving it without it seeming like it will ...
Not the SOG quality you'd expect. I have butter knives sharper than this thing arrived. And the clasp on the case that is supposed to rotate, good luck moving it without it seeming like it will break.

Two Stars
Was not sharp at all.

Good little blade for the price
Not a bad little knife for the price. It was so-so sharp when it arrived, but needed a good clean up. It also had an uneven beveled edge, which has required quite a bit of fixing. One side had less secondary edge bevel than the other, but this was easily fixed using a Lansky shapening system. Now the blade is shaving sharp. I usually have it on me daily for a quick little knife for general cutting tasks, but I have yet to really USE it for hard cutting tasks. Only time will tell how well it holds an edge during homestead use.
