Is the pcb board itself removable? would i be able to place it in a different housing?

No, the PCB of our Barebones GMMK is not meant to be removable. Doing so will void the warranty, therefore we can't recommend you to do this. Thanks!

Will this work with Gateron switches?

Yes, any Plate Mounted, 3 pin Cherry / Gateron / Kailh switch should fit well with our barebones GMMK. Thanks!

Does it take PCB switches?

GMMK keyboards only support 3-pin plate mounted switches. PCB mount switches won't work with our GMMKs.

do you have to sauder?

Our GMMK keyboards are hot-swappable (you can plug in/out switches), you don't have to solder anything.
