Had the item for the front door of our store and it broke after 2 months which the bearing on the top mount for the door just completely broke a side of the bearing and if it wasn’t for one of our workers I would of had to pay for medical bills and a whole new door. Went to process the claim to get it fixed they said I have to send in the part first to get the money which means I would have to shut down the store for however long to get another piece.

Had to modify the intermediate hinge to match the bottom pivot hinge point for an arched door, I bought this bottom here too, they were probably made in the same factory the "bearings" (if you can call them that) were very similar, as was the finish. Eventually I spent the extra $ and got the real deal (the Rixson #547 set). This functions but the door lost its plumb pretty quickly because neither would stay aligned.I highly recommend the Rixson. This is junk, don't waste your time.

Parts of this did not fit hole were off a little bit.
