Nicolette Richer has a very fulfilling life!! Wish I had her energy. I was searching for something to help me with detoxing after breast implant removal. Very grateful to have heard about The Gerson Method and got this book. This is a very doable way to change the way you eat so you can turn your body into a "healing machine' and boost your own immunity. What convinced me the most was that the author discussed how this approach has helped people who were told "no more could be done for them" in regular cancer care in Stage 4 cancer and they were healed by the Gerson Method and are still alive today! My sister has cancer and this is helping her so much; it might help you or your loved one, too. Very much worth trying,

Basically just promoting Gerson Therapy. Was disappointed. Otherwise book came in great condition and quickly.
