We keep a dry-erase calendar in our home, and these are my go-to markers. I find them to be darker and more vibrant than any of my fine-tip expo markers. I love the variety of colors, the little carrying case and the inclusion of colors like yellow. They do have a lifespan like any other dry-erase markers and when they start to fade, I find them to be affordable and just order a new set. I am pleased with them enough to have purchased this same item 3 times over several years. As I was making the comparison picture I realized I just needed to throw the others out as they are seldom used in favor of this set.

UPDATE: It is now May 2020, 8 months later, and I am still using the same pack! The only problem, like others have said, is that you need to be extra careful not to put the big cap on the little one or it may not come off. I was fortunate to get the cap unstuck with needle nose pliers haha. I have since ordered two more as my children use whiteboards a lot with school, communication, drawing, and games. They love the colors too! Also, to my surprise, the marker tips have withstood my 7, 5, and 3 year old mashing them down to draw. Fantastic longevity! One thing I do to help the markers last is store them horizontally, not vertically. Not sure if it makes that big of a difference but it does help.I just got these today so I can't say much for longevity yet, but these are beautiful colors! My husband and I have 3 kiddos ages 6, 5, and 2, and writing appointments and such for everyone in the family, along with my college work, etc. is a pain without color coding. These are perfect and I prefer these over the expo ones! These feel a little fatter than expo markers but I love that. Also, the case these come in is cute, and you slide up the front flap to open. The markers kind of "click" into their little spot when you slide them down in the case which I think is a nice touch. Extremely pleased and will be buying more! :)

My purple marker came broken and dry. The rest are great, a little streaky but cute colors.

I really like these. They work super well. The thicker end is more opaque, but I mostly use them on our dotted lined lap board (like kindergarten writing paper) for my 4yo son's school, and the thinner tip works better for that anyway. The thicker end works well for my son when he's doing tracking work or work on the dry erase sleeves or page protectors and the tips are still ok despite him pressing really hard. I'm buying a second set of these as a backup in case they get lost or something.Not sure about how long they last since we've only had them about a month and a half, but we use them several times a week.I haven't had issues with the little cap getting stuck inside the big cap, but I also am careful to be sure the big cap doesn't get stuck on very far.One last note, my son isn't allowed to use the thin end because it's stiffer and I'm concerned he'll break the tip, but he can't really get the little end open anyway, so that's a bonus.
