3 stars... 2 out of 5 died.
2 out of 5 have failed. However, I contacted the seller when the first one failed and they did refund me my money and shipping. That is fair and I would purchase from this seller again. When this product works, it is great and works as expected. The problem I have had is one of the 4 little square things on the board marked (q4-q2-q1-q9) have burned out on 2 out of 5 that I have purchased. I have only used 4 of the 5. I still have one spare that I have not tried yet. Hopefully the two I have in use now will continue to work. I just don't have the time to contact the seller again about the second one. It took 5 emails of going back and forth (and I am not complaining about that) to get my refund and I just don't have that time now. I don't know if its the power supply I am using or if its just the board itself. I am using the stock asus usb power adapter that came with the 2013 Nexus 7. I am placing this charger in a piece of wood cut out to fit this with 1/16th inch of wood between this and the Nexus 7. (Nexus 7 is in a thin case). It charges about the same as the Choe Stadium charger. This PCBA charger has a red and green led to indicate power and charging. Green comes on when charging. Red is always on when power is provided.

Great DIY Charger, Fits Car Cell Phone Holder
It's a great DIY Qi charger. I disconnected the circuit board and olny glued the coil onto my car cell phone holder. I then found a little case for the circuit board. Because Micro USB connectors tend to break easily, I used coaxial power connectors to connect the coil and the board. If you don't have a small case, you can probably use Plasti Dip to cover the board-just brush a thin layer on the board (I didn't try so do it at your own risk). The charger LED lights are bright. It charges Samsung GS5 about 1% every 3 minutes.

These work great, and cost next to nothing
These work great, and cost next to nothing.I bought two, and one arrived with the disk used to mount the induction coil shattered. This doesn't actually impact the charger's functionality; it's just annoying.Getting a Qi charger for under $3 instead of $50 is pretty sweet, plus this is MUCH smaller than most in cases, so I may be able to put this inside my dashboard tablet mount. Woohoo!

Lasted six hours, most sessions less then 1 hr of charging.
Burned out after six hours of use.Never completed my project so I used it from time to time in test jig for case thickness. When put on longer then 2 hrs straight, one MOSFET let out the magic smoke. But was great up until then.

Tested good. It seems to work
Tested good. It seems to work. However, ability to bend the charge coil component over the circuit board is not possible. This means the total space required for installation into a holder of sorts is doubled.

I couldn't get it to work correctly, it would overheat my phones and possibly damaged the receiver portion of the wireless charger in my phones.
