At the start let me say I ve been lifting for over 10yrs now and have tried almost all creatine's in the market. From PROLAB to muscle blazeThis one is the best. And u might feel it to b expensive but if u buy the 114serving one it will last u more than 3months ( nearly 4)and effectively cost u 400/mth or even lesser.The quality is perfect. Particle size is small. BUT SCOOP IS NOT PROVIDED.ONE FINAL INFO.... CREATINE IS NOT STEROID. DONT EXPECT MAGIC.IF U R BENCHING 100KGS FOR 4REPS THEN WITH CREATINE IT WILL BECOME 5REPSNO MAGIC.NOT FOR NEWBIE LIFTERS.ATLEAST 6 MONTHS GYM experience IS RECOMMENDED BY ME

Product seems genuine, sold by cloudtail. Package and seal is fine (assured & satisfied). As it is micronised, the mixability is good compared to other creatine [salt vs flour]. I am talking in comparison with musleblaze creatine, which is reasonable good, not micronised hence it is like flour. Just to note that you buy this if you are working out more than usual/average, otherwise you dont need creatine for a simple 40 min mild workout/cardio.

Really awesome, i don't know About fake or real but it works. Drink 30 min before workout,and why u didn't add a scope in this.

While it is to be seen how good the product it, I would suggest please look at the condition of the product before dispatching. I got the jar as if it was lying in a godown. Otherwise it's ok.

If u want strength and stamina just go for it without second thought. I'm using it for the last two years and the results are amazing. Remember u have to drink 4-5 liters of water every day.

I brought this bottle along to my annual physical and I told my Doc (who’s also a fitness enthusiast) that I started taking this stuff for working out and he immediately told me to throw this away. He said synthetic creatine may contribute to kidney damage. Creatine is naturally produced by the body and you really don’t need any more. I would say to talk to your physician (or two) before taking this stuff.

I've been using this product for months now while I attempt to get the rest of my weight off of me. I used to be 320 pounds and lost 100 unaided by supplements. I did it all through intensive exercise and a caloric deficit. When I officially hit 100 pounds lost in December of 2021, I decided to grab some creatine to aid in keeping the muscle I already had while I tried to get the rest of the fat off of my body (along with 1 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and keeping my other macros in check). This stuff has been amazing. Not only have I continued to lose weight through my caloric deficit and intensive weightlifting regime, but I have also kept a majority of my muscle and have GAINED a substantial amount of muscle as well! At the time of writing this review (5/19/2022), I have lost over 130 pounds and am sitting right around 188 pounds.This is not a miracle substance. You have to put work in at the gym to see gains and religiously take 5g a day (I just mix it in my pre-workout). I don't believe in a loading phase because of the research that I have followed so I just started taking 5g and have been for 5 months now. This has helped me so much in getting the fat off of my body while cutting, keeping the muscle I already had, and gaining a LOT of new muscle. I am incredibly happy and will continue using this for the foreseeable future.Last little thing, I've been seeing a lot of 1-star reviews for this saying things like "does not dissolve in water" and "like drinking sand". You must understand that Creatine Monohydrate has incredibly poor water solubility and will not dissolve at all in cold water. The only advice I have for you is to man up and just drink it (or woman up! and or non-binary up! You got this!). You WILL see results, but you must take it religiously and you must consistently push yourself in the gym along with keeping your diet in check. Overall, I love this creatine and will be continuing to take it. It's been an amazing help and has boosted my confidence.

Don't understand why the capsules are 3g of creatine and most people take 5g so 2 pills is unnecessary and 1 pill is not enough...

This product just wont dissolve at all. Other than that its good i guess. Its tasteless and odourless. I like it, just wish the price was a bit more competitive.

Product doesn’t dissolve properly and has terrible after taste. Looks like it’s been opened from below.
