Distributor seems to run very well, especially after changing spark plug wires and re-gapping plugs. After we installed it with the provided gasket, it leaked out of the bottom. Bought an o-ring and installed- leak stopped. Then oil started pumping out of the top of the distributor. There is only an oil inlet hole in the shaft- no oil outlet hole. If you drill a secondary hole in the shaft, it seems to redirect the oil back into the system, instead of forcing it out of the top.

Perfect in every way
It fits in my old 261 stovebolt perfectly. Easy to wire up to run, easy to wire to my tachometer. Delivers consistent hot spark, made my car way more reliable. I only had to do homework to figure what plug wires would work best as I failed to remember HEI caps are different from point caps.
