The color and fabric are both nice.I agree with other reviews that the lace part is a little itchy and I think it won't last long before it starts to pull apart.I will say to consider sizing before ordering. I tried the nightgown on and it's slightly snug at my true size, which scares me because I haven't even washed it yet to see shrinkage.I do like the nightgown and want to order another, but this time I'm going to go a size above my normal to be more comfy.UpdateAfter one wash there was slight shrinking. I ordered another color in a size bigger than I normally get. Much better fit pre and post wash

I ordered two of these and wanted to love them but the issue is they aren't cut with any sort of hourglass shape to them. So, they fit enormous on the upper half, fit normally on the lower half, and are huge around the middle. They are cut straight up and down, not even an A-line, which would at least give some shape. I'm 5'5" / 135# / 32D / curvy shaped and these do not fit properly. If you have a boyish shape and your butt isn't any larger than your chest, they'd probably work very well.

I live in Florida where it is hot 10 months out of the year. I have had one nightgown for several years that has been my favorite. While browsing for new nightgowns I came across this one that looked similar to my beloved nightie so I ordered it. I actually ordered 2. To my delight when I opened it I thought it looked exactly like my favorite. After checking tags I realized it was the same exact one. I’m thrilled and will be ordering every color available. It is soft and lightweight but not so lightweight that it’s see through. If you’re looking for a comfy, cool nightgown for summer nights this is it!!!

I loved the design and color of this nightgown but when I received it, I was shocked. First, I ordered a full 2 sizes larger than I normally would wear because I like my nightgowns loose but it is still very fitted, like a dress would be. It's not comfortable to wear to bed. Second, the lace on the front is very scratchy and has strings hanging off of it everywhere. It's not very pretty and looks old and ragged with those strings. And third, the material itself feels very stiff and scratchy, not at all something I could sleep in. On a positive note, the top part fit my chest well, the arm holes were just the right size, and I love the length of this nightgown. I probably would not order another one because of the discomfort from the material and fit of this one.

for $7.99 i have no complaints, the light blue stripe in small fits me (5'4 and currently 128lbs with a stuborn belly bulge) like it does on model but, baggy on back top portion instead of lower on back like on model. do like that it doesn't show off my belly area like most nightgowns do and that armpit part isn't high up enough to irritate your underarms. If i wear tshirts or anything to bed with wide or tight straps on my shoulders, i wake up in pain since i move around a lot and clothing pulls down unto my shoulders/neck area, i woke up fine after wearing this gown thankfully.at first i was not thrilled about color (than i remembered i only paid 8 dollars), i automatically thought it looked like nightgown had been washed one too many times because it looks really faded/washed out looking except for lace part, that is a pretty vibrant color. the itchy tags on inside back were thankfully really easy to completely get off without ruining the stitching on the gown. Pretty comfy overall even if material is kinda on the stiffer side, will be buying other colors when they are at same $8 price for sure.update: held up well to washing on gentle cycle and high dryer heat so decided 12.95 price tag for purple version was worth buying too. the purple also has that washed out color look to it but, its for bed so no biggy.

Nothing good to say about this item. The quality is non-exsistant. Fabric is cheap, stiff & the smell is awful! It smells like pickle juice! It came with thread that was unraveling & what appears to be an overrun of ink stains on the side (see pics). If your looking for something nice this is not it. Reminds me of something you'd find at a $1 store.

For the price, it really can't be beat! I read several reviews that said the "lace is scratchy". It is not lace at the top,bit is cotton but I don't find it a bit scratchy. It is not low cut at all which is a giant plus for me because I can lounge around with a newborn in it and not worry about exposing myself to visitors. It appeared smaller than I was anticipating but fits just fine. (I ordered a large and I am almost 9 month pregnant and can wear it, I normally wear a large). I would not spend more thab $10 for this, but for about $5, I am highly impressed!

i purchased it a month ago. Wanted to review but waited for to see after first wash. So, as I always read reviews before buying. I read and was convinced it should be ordered at least 2 sizes up.I am 5'1. 160pounds. Normally wear M-L Sometimes XL if its a dress or a snug fitted shirt. So for this night gown i got XXL.It fitted very good. Very loose. Like how i like my nightsuits. But after first wash i did notice shrinkage for which i was ready.It now fits me like my M-L shirts. Still loose enough for me to be comfortable at night. And yes, i am very sensitive to scratchy things (cant even wear shirts/dresses with labels on neck or pajamas with label on back) but the lace on this nightgown didnt bother me at all. Infact I dont find it even a little bit of uncomfortable.Overall, this nightgown is just perfect for me. I might get more of these. Took one star off just because of shrinkage. For that price, its fair enough.. i mean $13 is a great deal.
