After delivering the item after 1 month, they gave the item with missing parts and very unclear instructions. After we contacted them, they offered to help. When they came to our house, they rudely said we have to book an appointment and pay £90 for the missing parts and for them to assemble it. When we asked why there were instructions if they have to assemble it and not us, they themselves said the instructions are useless and you need to hire them. They also said if we complained to Amazon, they wouldn't help us at all. After we were willing to pay £90, they started being nice. However, they missed the appointment and then booked another one. In the end, they did a mediocre job as the led lights are not aligned and they keep falling off. One of the doors open by itself. The remote for the led only works pointed precisely in one spot and there are gaps, scratches and dents on the wardrobe. To sum up, if you want a product from these guys, you need to pay all additional costs for an alright job but not perfect. In total, this purchase took over 2 months to sort out.Update: the led strips are falling off.

Nice looking Matt finish wardrobe. VERY HEAVY! And big! Lots of storage space! Need almost a whole room to assemble! Easy to put together but takes time as non of the parts were labelled. Instructions just have pictures, no description. Doors are heavy and a pain to fit. I had to fit them a different way to the manual. About 10-12 inches between ceiling and roof of the wardrobe. But overall a good product, took a month to arrive, READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING EXTRA CHARGES INVOLVED..

This wardrobe is beautiful, matches all my bedroom furniture. The instructions were difficult to read and understand but once we got going it was easy to assemble! So much room which is what I was looking for as I have a lot of odd bits that used to just lay around on my floor which looked so messy! Even more so, there’s extra room for my boyfriends bits when he comes to stay too! Mirrors are beautiful, they were dirty when they came but easy to wipe down with a bit of glass cleaner!!

EDIT:Have had this wardrobe for 3 months now and I can tell you this thing doesn't stand up to much, shelves falling down due to walls not staying connected or aligned, also the doors keep coming off the rails and the back is coming off. Do not buy this wardrobe.I'll start with the negatives:Took me 3 nights of sweating to get this thing up. It weighs an absolute tonne, do not try putting this up by yourself. The instructions... My god, not only is there no text to help guide you along but it tells you to put parts together before you're meant to! This means disassembling parts you've already done in order to finish it. I managed to get this thing up but the doors wouldn't stay shut, the nails in the back have broken parts of the shelving, you need a massive amount of space to build this thing, the whole thing is misaligned once I finished, I'm sure the top is longer than the bottom, the top leans back against the wall even without any clothes in it, you have to screw your own holes in a lot of the time, one of the screws has threaded completely through so the handle on the door is now loose.Pros:This thing is huge! Plenty of space for clothes and shoes, I'd recommend getting some storage boxes for the shelving as it'll keep things neater. Once the doors are shut it looks pretty good with the double mirrors.To sum up:This thing is a nightmare to put up, do not do it by yourself. The instructions are terrible to the point that I was ready to break the whole wardrobe in frustration. I wouldn't recommend you get this monstrosity unless you want hours of frustration and a wardrobe that looks rough around the edges once finished.

This could be a good wardrobe but actually it’s a huge nightmare, I bought this as state 213cm high but it i’s actually a little higher than that, so after a long wait I had a wardrobe that It didn’t fit in my room because it was advertised with the wrong measures. I couldn’t wait anymore so I decided to fix the problem myself so I got a wood disc for my grinder to remove a couple centimetres from the bottom, after that I was able to assemble.I explained the situation for the seller and asked just for a compensation £20 that I spent with uber and a grinder disc to sort the problem and they basically didn’t care at all.Avoid this or try your luck with the not accuratef measures

First of all the wardrobe is big. Slightly, too big if you ask me but can’t complain because it fits everything from shoes to jackets to rollerblades.Now, for the company. Upon buying this wardrobe I had the intention that the wardrobe will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. This was confirmed to be roughly around 3 weeks by a member of staff also. Upon the 3rd, I didn’t hear anything so I message a member of staff and they informed me that the wardrobe will be arriving 5 weeks after purchase. I told them that this was too late and I had already got someone to collect my previous wardrobes so the mis information would leave me without a wardrobe for 2 weeks. This was rectified and a wardrobe was delivered to me 3 weeks after purchase. Now, I had also purchase assembly and the two individuals who came to assemble the wardrobe at first refused to assemble to wardrobe as I refused to sign a form to say I would be liable for any tickets they get. I live in a residential area so I was asked prior if there was any parking space NOT parking restrictions. If this was the case I would have sorted out a visitors permit for the individuals who were coming. One was extremely aggressive and I couldn’t believe that this was the person they sent to assemble my wardrobe. I mean good wardrobe overall but personally the company are not very clear with anything.

Like it fot what it is but the thing is I decided to take on a challenge on a one man operation it took a whole day a lot of sweat honestly if you live by your self in a flat good luck to you had to take everything up one by one out of packaging going up and down the stairs so many times and the doors are the wrose to take up as the mirrers put the wight on better of paying for there service unless there's a couple of you then cool have fun putting it together
