It's been more than 3 weeks since we install this product. Product is fantastic in terms of its overall performance for 2-3 burner stove, noise level is low, lookwise it has innovative design and price is competitive. We found Seavy After sales service good as on next day of delivery of product, they established communication with us for the installation. Considering technical and commercial perspective, we can recommend this product to buy.

I was cautious about this product , whether this product will be worth it for my kitchen or not.. but its totally been a far good chimney currently available in market.Pros- 1. Sturdy design2. Better led light3. Led touch panel was cherry on cake4. Delay mode givenCons -1. Noise should be reduced.2. Colour combinations should be more available for selecting according to your kitchen color.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive service from Seavy. Dont fall in trap of free ducting kit and technician will ask for money for everything. I had to send the technician back without installation as he was asking money for literally everything. The kit they are providing is literally of no use and technician will try to sell you another set of kit. They will even ask money for small bit of drilling as well. Their product description is very ambiguous. Overall stay away from Seavy the cheat company.

Nice product, working fine , however noise level is a bit high but rest is very good. Performance wise it is best in this price range. Cleaning is very easy. Touch is smooth.

The duct pipe was not in good condition and I was not able to use it and I purchased from outside, chimney don't have effective suction power as described by the brand. Not worth for the price.

Nice product at this price. Suitable for the medium size kitchen.I received 6 inch exhaust pipe and the installation kit.Using this from past 3 months and no issues as of now.This chimney comes with auto clean feature. I hardly required to use that feature.Build quality is good at this price. Just one thing i dislike that it is quite big in size.

Delivery on time. Beautiful product. Installed it my self as I was in hurry though I was contacted well in time by seavy for arranging installing . Very good suction power. Feather touch control panel. Packing should have been better as it had got dented on backside but it was very minor issue. Removed the dent my self. Added look to my kitchen. Over all satisfied with the product. Thanks Amazon and seavy appliances. Great suction power. Noise level higher on high speed which is on expected lines.
