Can't fault the service or the item, although I would say get the 30kg version unless you are in shape and strong, I can't do this one, I used to do a lot of weights years back and thought I'd still be as strong as back then, unfortunately, I'm not.So I'm going to have to go and get the 30kg version and build my strength up for this one.The item looks quality and arrived quickly and well packaged, can't fault it,I'm sure when I've built my strength back up I'll get a lot of use out of it, just try the 30kg or 40kg first it's not easy to bend this thing.Update**I bought the 30kg version and used for a few weeks, I can now do the 40kg version, good products, definitely gives a good workout for chest.

Great piece of kit bought for my husband,he does weights at home and has done for years he's 16 stone big guy very strong,do not buy this specific one unless you are strong it's not for beginners even my hubby struggled to bend it at first but then got the hang of it,this really works you as it's really hard to bend but it's perfect for him as he's been liftin weights etc for years,very happy with the quality no issue about the purchase at all
