I purchased this bread box a couple of years ago - purely because it was cute and would look nice in my kitchen. It does, of course (I mean, come on - this thing is cute!), but didn’t have high hopes for the intended use of it - that it would keep bread items from going stale. Holy cow - sincerely - I think this thing is magic (it keeps bread fresh longer than makes sense). There are only two of us in my home, so we don’t go through loaves of bread as fast as we used to when both children still lived at home. Our bread now lasts months. Not even kidding. I have two loaves of bread in there and a thing of English muffins (it’s such a great size!), and not to sound completely gross, but I purchased them in February (it’s now the beginning of May)! They are still soft, fresh, smell delicious; if I didn’t know when I bought them, I’d swear I got them last week. So while I don’t recommend storing baked goods for months on end, you could if you wanted to with this thing. It is really incredible!

Exactly what I was looking for! Lid fits perfect. Can hold at least 3 large loaf's plus more. We bought it to keep our bread loving cats out. I love the look and it was not dented or dinged when it came, perfect condition. I have ordered other products from this same company and everything has been working out fine.

After adopting a new cat who decided eating through the plastic bread bag and enjoying some bread was a good idea, it was necessary to purchase a bread box to hide the bread. This bread box has worked perfectly. The extra large capacity conveniently holds bread, buns, and tortillas.

I really like the look and the size of this breadbox. I will alert potential purchasers that it is not airtight. The lid sits nicely on the top, but is not airtight.

The breadbox is big enough for a couple loaves of bread or 1 loaf and muffins or bagels. It would be good for snacks too. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space because it is high rather than long. I like the vintage look.

Huge bin to keep all my bread items fresh and mold free. I was able to place one oversized loaf of bread, one normal sized loaf, one partial loaf, one package of English muffins, one package of hot dog buns, and one partial pkg of buns within this bin and still have a little room left when I closed the lid. Also, it takes up less space on my kitchen counter than the tub I previously had kept my bread items in. The price was lower than I expected after checking several websites as well. I chose the white, but it also comes in mint and blue colors. The handles on the sides were a bonus feature. I definitely would recommend this if you have a large number of bread items you need to store.

Has both a traditional and contemporary feeling and looks sleek in the kitchen. We love it!
