I personally like to eat meat inside the leg joint and save the excess fat for cooking.The rich complex flavours and soft buttery texture makes me crave for more, And Like a true vintage, I feel highly protective over it. The quality of this Spanish ham is first class, With an impressive 7.5KG size, There is enough for a full dinner party several times over. I can feel the love gone into making it.

Wow. Arrived just few days after order.I just can’t stop eating. The flavour is amazing. Incredible sweet and salty taste. The meat is just perfect,so fresh that melts in my mouth, not too dried, I even use the fat for cooking as it gives an very nice flavour to food.Definitely will buy again
