It's a good value for the money nice quality. However was I very disappointed with how it was packed with a vacuum seal that took all of the air out and deeply flattened and wrinkled the pillow and fabric material. I'm going to have to take it to a dry cleaner.

I received this pillow today. Whoever packed it, smooshed it into a box that was too shallow. When I opened the box, the pillow had lost its shape and was HALF THE SIZE it should have been, which caused the fabric to wrinkle. I’m going to try to steam the wrinkles out. I attempted to fluff it back up. Seven hrs later, it’s still somewhat flat. I also bought another tufted round pillow in a different color that was beautiful. It was packaged perfectly with NO wrinkles. I am not happy with how this product arrived.

The pillow isn’t as nice as it is in the photos—the way that it’s packaged (vacuum sealed) left some permanent creases in the pillow that aren’t supposed to be there and the buttons came off in the first week.Thankfully sewing on a button is easy for me so they’re nice and secure now. It is way cheaper in price compared to similar looking pillows from different shops so I don’t mind all the flaws—it’s pretty okay considering.

To undo wrinkles from vacuum packin. I threw them in the dryer on gentle heat. They came out beautiful and fluffy

great looking and quality; they came vacuum seel so it took some minutes to get form, still a little bend but getting theres.

Pillows arrived extremely wrinkled and the green is not what I considered to be a light green. I returned them.

I’m very upset my product ripped after two months of owning. I noticed one morning it was ripped and I hadn’t even touched or slept with it.
