Good Customer Experience
I purchased a Keybox 3, which worked perfectly for over a year. However, it suddenly became unresponsive, and I could only unlock it using the USB-C port. After replacing the battery with no improvement, I contacted customer service.Following their analysis, they determined the issue was due to a faulty PCBA caused by moisture ingress. Although the product was out of warranty, which lasts one year, I was initially offered a 20% discount on a new unit. Instead, I requested a one-time courtesy replacement, which was approved by a supervisor.I also asked whether the replacement unit would be more reliable, and I was assured that it features updated technology that should prevent similar issues. Overall, I’m pleased with the resolution and grateful to be receiving a new device.

Truly phenomenal customer service
We've had this lock for a couple of years and it suddenly stopped responding - which is a challenge for us as STR owners. We reached out to the company and they were nothing but helpful. They promptly troubleshot with us. Once they confirmed that it was truly non-responsive, they proceeded to offer us a replacement or a discount off of the latest model. I received the new product within a week. Truly phenomenal customer service that I was not expecting given the age of the lock. Big fan.

so good I own 3
I had spent a lot of time trying to find a lockbox to use that I could "share" codes with someone else without having to change my own code when I didn't want to "share" anymore. I have 2 of these at an Airbnb remote/rural property, one is for emergency key access for guests and the other is for housekeeping and property managers. We have smart locks for most things, but they do fail to update on occasion...and this allows me to easily set dedicated codes for house keepers, property management, or any maintenance people. The best part is that you can actually generate codes remotely with no Internet access and zero connectivity to the lockbox it self. These algorithm generated codes are phenomenal, I can easily generate a 1 time code or one for a window of time...even when the power is out, or the Internet is down. The 3rd box is at my primary residence, where we also have smart locks...but smart locks fail, and we also have some 100+ year old latches that are key based. This allows my family to each have their own code, our neighbors/house sitters can have a code, or if we need to quickly provide access to someone we can always use the algo codes too.

Beware of customer service.
The lock works well. However the bridge is the most finicky device. As far as customer service this is what happened:1. First bridge: i plugged it into my mac and the lights were not coming on. When I called customer support I was asked to send a video showing that it doesn't work after plugging it in. I did and they sent me a replacement.2. Second brige: I had the same issue with the lights not coming on - but then figured out the problem. It had to do with how I was connecting the bridge. So then I set up the bridge just fine. And everything was working great. I retested the first bridge and it was working fine too.3. No good deed goes unpunished: I wrote back to let them know that both bridges were in fact working and that I can send the new bridge back. They accepted. So I sent the new bridge back.4. Come to find they sent me more emails wanting a tracking # and that if I didn't respond, they would delete my bridge from my app! WHAT???Unfortunately for me - I didn't keep my receipt from USPS so now they are saying they can't reenable my old bridge. This is no way to treat a customer who was nice enough to voluntarily disclose that both bridges were working and ship one of them back at his own expense.

Works smoothly and consistently
This has worked well for us, with the remote combination change function being the “key” feature.

¡Altamente recomendable!

Used for Air Bnb/VRBO property 7 hours away: Worth every penny
I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to pass along some praise for this incredible item.I have used this smartlock since April of 2022 and it has been a game changer/life saver. I wanted to originally get one of those smart locks for my rental property, but I read the horror stories about power outages, internet outages, and the locks getting knocked off the hinge and not working and figured I needed another solution for my rental property.By sheer luck I stumbled across this little smart lock and thank God I did.I have used this now for 15+ renters and it has worked like a charm everytime.I am able to send duration codes that last the whole time of the their stay, and also able to send them a seperate/convieniant checkout code that they can use for easy checkout when renters are scrambling to get out and get home. The codes are always unique, and always work (no clue how) and it has allowed me to effectively manage a property from 7 hours away.If you are an AirBnb/VRBO host and don't want to deal with a "smart lock" then this is where you need to look and then stop looking because you've found your solution.I have seen people having "issues" with battery life. I added new batteries in April and have made it through the full beach season now without any issue. I figure just like anything of this nature, change the batteries every 6 months so you're not left high and dry. There's also a way to jump charge the lock if the battery dies by using a USB-C charging block or a 9V battery. I haven't had to try any of these methods but knowing if something bad happens that there's a solution, helps me sleep at night. That's all I have to say - if you need a reliable lock that works without WiFi from anywhere, look no further.
