Folding Micro Premium Milspec Backup Iron Sight Set A2 BUIS Front and Rear Included

I needed some BUIS for my AR pistol. It has a piston system and I didn't want to install plastic BUIS(oxymoron?). I also did not want tospend too much money on sights I would probably never use. These sight seemed to fill the bill, metal and are not a wallet buster. They came today and I am very please with the sights. The build quality is very good, the edges of all the pieces are sharp, the finish is even, the hardware is good and the spring release function is perfect. I installed the sights on a AR pistol and they co-witnessed with my Vortex SPARC with no adjustment. Heck I even like the B and D logo's. So for the price of 1/4 of the high end plastic stuff and a little more than the plastic low end stuff, I have a pretty darn good set of metal BUIS. Buy These! I will be looking at other BD Tactical Supply items in the future.

I need to first say that all of my other back up sights are more expensive than these, I mainly use troy irons. Those run $200 for the set. They are smooth, well built, and work well. They also look quite nice. The BD sights are not as well made, not as smooth, and not as nice looking as the Troy sights. This being said, these are functional sights, built well enough, and smooth enough once I applied lubricant to the internals. They are also one fifth of the price. Don't fool yourself into thinking that these sights are equals to much more expensive options, they aren't. What they are is a value priced option that will work well enough for the majority of owners. Looking in this price range, I have never found an option as solid as these. I have no problem recommending these sights to anybody who is looking for inexpensive sights, they do work well. I also like the auto deploy button.

They'll get you on target better than not having them. Wish they didn't have the engraving on them.Super flippy. Fun to play with. Deploy when button is pressed. Must press button to fold down.Also, my front sight post is crooked, and I have yet to find a tool that will allow me to adjust it. Not really a big deal, I can still hit target with them.Exactly what to expect for the price, it'll get the job done.

Don't buy it, garbage ! I'm very disappointed ! after 100 round the rear sight broken

Great sights, I bought one pair of them and I liked them so much I bought another set for a different gun. They co-witness my Holosun red dot sights perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them. I will say that on the second pair I ordered there was an issue with the shipping, it didn't show up at the time it was suppose too so I waited a week and still didn't show up. So I contacted the seller and he was kind enough to send me another set to replace the ones that I never got. Very nice guy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a affordable and quality set of iron sights.

I will give 5 stars if my rear sight folded down and locked down but it don't. Front sight works no problem. Locks in up and down position. Rear sight locks in up but doesn't go far enough back down to lock in down when on my rifle. Take it off the rifle and it will fold and lock in the down position.

I just got these two days after ordering and they said it wasn't going to show up for another 3 days. They feel really solid just like a real american quality company should make their stuff. They function great could use a little oil cause they seem to grind a little bit but not a big concern. They look great and the owner sent me a little personal message with an info card which means to me that he cares about is customers and customer service. I have yet to test them out yet but I have no doubt they're going to do the job

Arrived on time. Mounted and zeroed. That's the good part. Front sight pops up when you fire. Kind of defeats the purpose of being a backup sight when I can use my reflex because front sight post blocks view. That is all. Carry on!
