I put peanuts in smoothies and sauces for their nutritional value. As you may know, peanuts contain significant amounts of Resveratrol. I ordered these for my husband to eat on ice cream sundays, he loves Spanish peanuts! They have become hard to find at the grocery so I thought why not order in bulk and freeze the extra. Anyway they were not good. They are soft and have an odd flavor and texture. I almost wondered if they were expired but the date is 12/2019 on the package. Very disappointed. Even though expiration date is good they taste like they are old. I will not purchase again and caution others from purchasing these Spanish peanuts. They did arrive quickly the one star is for delivery speed and packaging.

These peanuts are great - they arrive in a solid-feeling plastic bag with an expiration date clearly printed on the back. We go through a bag every two months or so. They are raw, so we roast them first at 300 deg F for 25 minutes. Love them with ice-cream!

I don't think these are really Spanish peanuts. They are a lot bigger than the Spanish peanuts I usually buy, and they don't taste quite the same. They are more like regular Redskin peanuts. They are good but not exactly what I was hoping for.
