Real Techniques Duo-Fiber Collection

I can't believe I waited soooooo long to buy this. Its perfect. I was looking for something to apply light wash of color for blush contour highlight and light eye work,& Cream and powder. In comes this! Its perfect you won't over do urself or looking like a clown because its duo fiber. And the way all of these brushes are tapered are perfect for ur makeup work. Theirs a couple products that no matter what I did they just didn't apply and lay on my skin right now those products work. I think I was wishy washy about buying this is because of the mixed reviews an theirs so many copy cat brushes out and the price was a little higher than their regular line. Which I have the Core face collection (4-pack of face brushes which I love) and their pink duo fiber brush which is ok but every time I wash it so many hairs comes off that it will be bald soon. Long story short buy this set if ur having troubles w/some of ur products looking right on the skin.

Thought these were a fake because the original brushes had white handles but I checked the Real Techniques website and these brushes in this particular color range are on their website so I'm assuming they re-released these brushes and made them into their existing color range. The quality is amazing; use them regularly and wash them a ton and they haven't shed and remained in place. So soft too definitely recommend this brand of brushes and this particularly set. I love the orange one for my very pigmented bronzers so it won't pick up too much product and overdo it. I like the pink for blending out concelar or cream contour and tbh not a fan of the purple one; the bristles are too long and thin but is decent for using as a clean blending brush to blend out the edges of a deeper eyeshadow.

Great set of brushes! I already owned and love the blush brush and makeup sponge by real techniques. I bought these after lusting after this set for around a year. (I have other brushes that will do the same things as these so it was hard for me drop the cash as I'm not a brush fanatic) but this was a great purchase. I like a natural makeup look and they don't pick up an excessive amount of product and they deposit the product smoothly and evenly on the face. I'm really pleased with all 3 of these brushes and it makes me want to purchase even more real techniques brushes to replace older brushes in my collection that are probably past their prime.

These brushes are great for applying powders with a very high pigment. They allow you to apply highly pigmented powders (such as dark blushes, or highlighters like the Mary-Lou Manizer) with a slow build up of product, so you avoid the dreaded clown blush face. I took off a star because the writing on the brushes smeared off after handling them several times over the course of a month, which really reduces the high-quality feel of the brushes themselves. The bristles, however, are very sturdy, easily cleaned, and hold up well over many washings. Overall, these are good brushes worth the cost.

I purchased this product because I really like the Real Techniques brushes. This set is quite a bit more expensive that the original but is duo fiber. The application is okay but it does steal quite a bit of product and only applies a sheer amount. Perhaps this is its purpose but I am not a fan. Would have preferred to have invested my money in more of the originals. They are good quality though. No shedding, feel very soft, and have not lost their shape after continued use and washings.

I love this brush set so much that I bought a second one as a back up. The big brush works extremely well with powder, especially the Urban Decay Naked loose powder. The medium contour brush I have used with both Urban Decay powdered blush and creme blush. The eye brush is the best I have ever used for blending shadow into the crease of the eyelid. I only use Urban Decay eye shadows, so I can't comment on how well it works with the formulas from other manufacturers. I wash all my brushes after each use, and unlike some other brushes I have owned, these never shed.

My brushes came with white handles. I was expecting colored, but I really like them. The brush bristles are incredibly soft. These are actually rapidly rocketing to my favorite RT brushes. I keep the eyeshadow brush clean and use it to do a final blend on my eyeshadow. The contour brush applies the most perfectly diffused, natural highlight. I use the face brush for bronzer. It applies it so naturally and beautifully. Both of the larger brushes could be used with blush, too. All in all this is a great set that I'm very happy to have in my collection!

Really happy to have purchased this! I usually use the RT blush brush for powder, but that's for when I want more powder on the face. Sometimes I want the glow from my foundation to show through, and I did not have a brush for that till now. All of these brushes are great for a very well blended look!. The middle brush I use for blush, because it's smaller, it actually adds more color eve though duo fiber brushes usually sheer things out. But i like that it's smaller, because it makes applying blush easier at time when I want to be more precise. The shadow brush is amazing for darker colors you want to apply more sheerly for a well blended look. Which I also have nothing like this as well. All these brushes are very unique to me, and I have nothing like them in my collection, which is very rare for me to say! For those starting out with makeup, or just want to test out more brushes, these are amazing!!!

Sono pennelli più leggeri rispetto a quelli venduti singolarmente: la resa è ottima e davvero professionale ed in quanto duo-fibre riescono a prelevare la giusta quantità di prodotto e stenderla senza creare macchie. Utili per la cipria, il blush, il conturing al viso e anche al naso. Più che consigliati.

Ich benutze diese Pinsel nun bereits seit einigen Wochen und bin begeistert! - Sie sind unglaublich weich und angenehm auf der Haut - Sie verlieren keine Haare - Sie eignen sich perfekt um schöne Übergänge zu zaubern bzw. um schön zu verblenden Mein Lieblingspinsel ist der Contourpinsel - noch nie habe ich so einfach und so schnell einen so schönen und natürlichen Schatten in mein Gesicht zaubern können! Der Puder- und der Lidschattenblenderpinsel erfüllen ebenfalls ihre Aufgabe sehr gut. Mein einziger Flop Punkt: - Die Pinsel sehen nicht aus wie auf dem Bild, die Farben der Pinselstiele sind orange, pink und lila. Ich kann diese Pinsel jedem empfehlen, sie sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig und das Geld wirklich wert.

I love all of the real techniques brushes because they're so affordable and such good quality! I love this set of brushes when I want to do a natural makeup look as they apply products quite lightly but you can also build the colour up. They are really soft and I would recommend them to everyone. They are really good for people starting out with makeup as they don't let you apply too much makeup. I love the face brush for applying a light dusting of powder and for applying really pigmented blush. I really like the contour brush for setting my concealer, contouring ands highlight. I love the eye brush for blending and applying washes of colour. Overall these brushes and the whole line of real techniques brushes are amazing and are worth every last penny!
