What are the best Gloves to use with this reflex ball?

If you want to use gloves, use something with less oz, but I would recommend bare handed

What is the difference between the two sets?

Hi. There is two headbands and 4 reflex balls of different weights and different elastic band strengths. Each offers a different speed of how quickly the ball rebounds. Two headbands allows you to have your two favourite balls so you can change quickly. All bands have clips so can be unclipped and clipped reasonably fast too. I found set very good and I would recommend buying it.

Can you easily adjust the length of the elastic band to suit children and adults?

You get a ton of spares so you could just set one of the spares to the kids size plus oyu get to headbands so just keep one set up for you and one for the kid/s.Even if you didnt want to do that you could adjust the elastic as long as you dont pull it to tight or cut it.

Is there app to set a timer and keep your score ?

Lots of fitness apps but I don't know if there is a proprietary app specific to that manufacturer...
