It was easy to install after I figured out that I had an oversized pump with a special bracket and spacer. After I remove them, the bolt pattern were the same and was very easy to install. The new pump is smaller than my old one but more pressure. My old pump was going to shop too many times and kept breaking down. Honda GX390 is a great pressure washer and been using the same one for the past 30 plus years.

I received my pump 30 hours after ordering, shipped ground Miami-Atlanta. Pump was very well packaged and everything was as posted. I upgraded a couple O rings since I had them on hand. Not sure it's putting out 4000 PSI but its close. This pump and 15 inch surface cleaner by Twinkle Star also purchased on this site are yielding great results, like 100 square ft in 1-2 minutes on very soiled concrete with no cleaning chemicals ...My power is 11 hp Honda.

There is no data with the pumps to show pressure and flow ratings - flow will depend on the engine speed, but the pressure setting range should be shown.The oil required for the pump has conflicting information between the manual and tag packed with the pump accessories. The manual shows "SAE 10W/30 or 15W/40", while the caution tag with the pump states "SAE 15W/40 or 75W/90".The oil filler plug is also too large to fit, and there was a "strainer" in the oil filler hole that I had to remove because the holes were so small the oil won't flow through them.Once I got it filled with oil, it seemed to work OK. I've got to find a proper plug to fit the hole in the pump still.

When our sprayer pump blew up after 17yr of use, we thought we'd need a new unit. This bolted straight on and was a perfect fit for our Honda powered sprayer. Installation was maybe 10 min and we were back running.

Build quality seems good, more than enough pressure, no leakage, power is good for the money

I see all the great reviews for this. I wish that was my experience. Installed correctly and use the correct 7590 weight oil. I used it one hour at my house to clean my driveway and it worked great, Then took it to clean a large house. Water blew the Piston and into pump case. This is the second pump I have replaced on this unit since 2006 last one lasted 8 years. Not sure what the problem was with this one.
