Excellent, does exactly as it says on the tin!
Bought these as I am currently on a VLCD diet, and I had stayed between the same 2lbs for 10 days without the scales moving. After 2 days on these and I finally broke the barrier and lost 2.5lbs! And I definitely have more energy, its very much apparent when I'm on my night shifts! Very happy with these capsules, and the size of each one is fair, not small, but not big enough to cause an issue swallowing them! Will definitely be buying more after this 3 month container is finished đ

Made me feel unwell
I have been taking similar supplements for a couple of years now, they were out of stock so decided to try these instead (ingredients almost identical). I wanted to give it a good trial before writing the review, they gave me horrendous jitters, anxiety, heartburn & constant feeling lightheaded, none of which improved the more I took them. I think theyâve given me some more energy but not worth it for the other side affects! :(

Keeps me awake all night
So this is how I used my own hands to take my own money to buy problem for my own self!This thing doesnât let me sleep a wink at night! I thought after a while my system will get used to it and I will start sleeping . But no! I was up every night on the days I took it. I even broke down and took ill before I tossed . Talk to me about being stubborn⌠yes I know! But seriously I wonder what theyâve got in there, itâs certainly not for the faint hearted!

Been using for 1 week now feel good on them no nasty jitters like other products and no extreme hunger later on. Not seen any results but definitely a good energy boost I've tried many products to cut for competitions but have nasty side effects up to now these seem great
