I got this book for my niece who struggles with anxiety and self esteem issues,who deosn't tbh? It seems we live in a society where not many people feel good about themelves.I absolutely love it,it is a real little gem of a book to get someone to think about themselves and what things get in the way of the wellbeing and happiness.I liked it so much I bought another for my other niece and would even get one for myself.It is such a beautiful little book with some real pearls of wisdom and deep truths to remind us who we truly are when we look deep within.Makes a great gift for anyone who needs some self belief and esteem.Soul work handbook.Lovely.

I actually used this book in my workplace (youth development) and the youth loved it. It definitely helped, and we were able to use activities from the book for practical use. I then purchased this book for my younger sister to use and she loves it. Very happy with the purchase.
