Penaten Creme Cream - 50ml

I’ve had two babies with extremely sensitive skin that are prone to diaper rash even with very frequent changing. I have tried a lot of different diaper creams as a result.Some of the popular newer petroleum based diaper creams advise you to use a ton of the product and to add even more on when you think you’ve put enough on. Like icing a cake!This product does not require a large application every time, and it actually works! Just use a finger tip amount per change and that will be effective. This tub will last much longer than everything else I have tried.My baby’s stubborn rash cleared up in one afternoon!

First used this on my son 40 years ago and have given dozens of tins to young Moms/Dads since then. This just works. It clears the toughest rashes … and forms a nice barrier to prevent them from returning. I’d give it 10 stars.

This one is hard to review since it just works and I am not a chemist to break down why. What I can tell you is that half century ago we where stationed with the military in Germany and this product was the go to product for newborn and for everything related to irritated skin.We also used it as sun blocker when nothing else was available especially when you go into the water since this product is designed to leave a barrier, obviously it also helps after you did get that sunburn since it calms the skin.I seen some reviews here when people rate it negative caused by shipping issues or when they apparently received an open and/or used item. This has nothing to do with the product and should not be taking into a consideration.Lastly I know we have an alternative yellow green boxed item which we all know. However Penaten Creme is not used for open or for disinfecting a wound. You use it 99 percent of the time to avoid irritations like when diapers rub against kids groin area, rashes, dry out pimplesHighly recommended

This product has been passed down for 3 generations in my husbands family. I had never heard of it before having our son but we ensure that we never run out. It works miracles on diaper rash. My sister in law even uses it for chaff, especially in the summer, on her kids after playing in the ocean.It is petroleum based, which makes it not the cleanest of products but it really works!

My dog has reoccurring lip issues. She is on a limited diet food and I apply a tiny bit of penaten cream to her lip after she eats. Seems to be healing well. No reoccurrence.

I love this cream, have used it for many years in Europe and have always had it shipped over straight from Germany. With the whole covid situation, I had to pay a lot more to get it from here. The creme itself is still amazing, but I was unlucky enough to get an open bin with the protective foil partially ripped open and half the creme was in the plastic packaging it came in. I think the creme was used and already opened, which is a real bummer. Otherwise, I can only recommend this product.

An emergency pediatrician recommended this for my child and it worked over night. Quick results and not too expensive.
