Good size and price. Works well. Interested in this supplement after recommended by one of our doctors. Noted for brain health and general functioning. Seems like the typical modern N American diet is deficient in Serine. Enjoy taking especially in the evening after dinner. Seems to aid in circadian rhythm and sleep. And I’m thinking it’s beneficial for bowel regularity. Would definitely order again.

I opened the plastic container, which appeared to be about half full. So I thought I would weigh the contents. The net weight (only the powder) was 7.73 ounces, but the label claims a net weight of 8.1 ounces This is a difference of a little more that one-third of an ounce, meaning that the actual net weight is 4.6% less than the label claims. That may not sound like much, but the purchaser is gettiung the short end of stick, as the manufacturer obtains ill-gotten gains. This practice would never be permitted by a state bureau of weights and measures. Most manufacturers actually set a target weight that is higher than the label weight to account for possible variances in the manufacturing process. For the foregoing reasons, I give this product only one star, even though the L-serine contents may be fine.

Takeing this and lions mane as my nootropics stack, so far so good, tasteless, order free, I like it and will be buying more.

We use this product for fighting a neurodegenerative disease called ALS, L-Serine is part of a multi-supplements strategy and seem to have worked so far since the disease progression seem slower than the average which we feel grateful and hopeful for. Hard to say if this really works or not but we trust trials and overall consensus saying it does help and in any case does not hurt.
