Very good value for money. Do yourself a favour though and order the weights to hold it down coz it's very top-heavy and very easily falls over. We are hoping to have to screw ours to our deck which means we won't be able to move it around. Otherwise it's a good product.

I ordered this by mistake, within seconds I tried to cancel, but this was not accepted, it was being sent regardless. Instantly poor service,now I was stuck with it, I have no means of getting parcels to be collected from the returns shop. So having no other choice installed it, the 360 capability occurs whether you want it or not in a light breeze. It doesn’t lock off at all. It doesn't seems very sturdy. Also if your around 5ft or under stay away its difficult to actually operate. Instant buyers regret and then you get stuck with it. Blazing sun today with a gentle breeze and it just can’t cope. Appalling**Edit** one week after use it has broken, totally useless product in top of poor service

I’m shocked by the quality of this item and I put it together all by myself. Took only 10 minutes. I had my dad ready to come over and help but I didn’t need him. Super easy and it’s really sturdy. Very impressed

Good size, nice grey colour, looks strong and sturdy once we screwed it down to the decking.I would recommend the weights for the base, we screwed ours to wood and then put two chairs next to the base to stop anyone tripping over the feet.Pleased

So far the product looks pretty decent easy enough to assemble and instructions were good enough for what it is, some may struggle and it's not explicitly clear but essy enough to figure out.Main issue was the base came damaged and looks potentially like a customer return as on part of the base looked chipped and like partially spray painted over(odd, i know), tried contacting manufacturer as instructed by Amazon help with product section but was told they have no spare parts at the moment and could take a while and best option was to return to Amazon and get a replacement (not exactly ideal once you've just figured out how to put it together, more hassle than it's worth).Warning, you definitely need a heavy weighted base as the parasol is top heavy so high chance of I topling over while in use. Will test this fully this weekend and see how it holds up.Pros:- size of the umbrella top- ease of assembly- extra support straps for umbrella stability- decent build (for it's price)Cons:- came partially damaged ( see pics)- manufacturer customer service isn't great- stock base isn't fit for purpose and needs extra heavy base to be added- the twisty screws dent the central pole rather than having fixed holes for added stabilityHope this helps!
