Can the neck be bent far enough back to use as face light for Zoom call?

The lamp was a gift so I don't have it to check out. My guess is that it would bend enough for lighting a Zoom call.

The lamp is not worthy. The item has no balance, light weight.

How can I get a replacement cord? Yhe part that connects to the lamp broke.
