What are they run so hot? 2 drives in Raid 1, well ventilated and still are super hot to the touch, any thoughts?

They should not be this hot i have 10 6tb in raid in a drobo device that runs 24/7 and mine are warm because of the spinning but unless your doing some heavy computing they should never be hot to the touch and they should be sent back
