Most bins have some odor which can taint dry goods such as flour. These bins did not have any odor upon opening the box or after setting for a couple of days. The lid has a lip to catch under the edge of the rim making the lid stable and secure. The clear top sliding cover provides easy identification of the ingredients contained within. The only drawback in my opinion is the casters. They are not ideal on hard wood floors. The casters are made of hard plastic which can leave indentions in floors not made of tile or concrete.

These are great quality and have served me well. You basically just wash them, snap on the tops and they’re ready for use. I did not use the casters and put them on an industrial shelf- works great.

These are half the price of other containers. And then they went on sale so even better. I bought two 2 packs for my flour and sugars. At first attempt to assemble, the lids were difficult to snap on or didn't fit well. Had to mix and match to find the right combo of lid to base to get them to snap on. I was frustrated but needed them and figured you get what you paid for. I washed them outside because they don't fit in my sink and let them air dry in the sun. I even removed the rubber seal to ensure dryness all around. After a day, I reassembled them. The rubber seal is thick so you'll need to really squeeze/ push the lid onto the container. But to my surprise almost every snap snapped on just fine! Not sure if the sun helped or the angle/height of being on the counter? But I've used them for about 2 weeks with no problems. They have tiny, adorable wheels. And I've stacked 2 high with no issues yet. So for now... definitely worth the price.

What a major disappointment!!! I can't believe anybody gave anything more than a one star. talk about cheaply made will not stay together... major disappointment! You're going to have to spend at least $80 to get something decent..

Excellent for my 25lb bags of wheat grains. Look carefully when you order and in reviews, some models/sizes have a roll-up lid whereas these have a snapping hinged lid, so they’re stackable. Also comes with a spot inside the lid for a silicone stay-dry packet, which isn’t advertised but is a nice bonus feature I plan to use.

These bins are fantastic - the lids work great and the wheels are excellent. The only drawback is that they are not really that big. If you have a commercial bakery these will not hold 50 pounds of flour - they are good for small amounts of sugars or anything you need to keep in a bin. I would recommend the product knowing that the capacity is not that big!

I wanted these to work ! They are perfect size and had so much potential.My first order didn't have the rubber seals, which I did get a replacement. But the second set one doesn't close correctly and always pops open so that doesn't help with keeping food fresh.Returning :-(
