Great product to add range to your ab training without sacrificing spinal position, pad height is perfect enough without hyperextending your spine and lower back.. by adding a slight arch gives u added extension which equals to a better flexion and contraction of the mid section.. when i added this pad to my training it made me connect better and engage my lower abdominal muscles without focusing on any specific lower ab work.. great buy to step up and progress your ab training

Great for lower back support while doing ab work.

I used to do standard crunches and leg lifts without one of these and am floored with how hard it is to do the same with one of these. I don't know the physics but holy-cow the burn is ridiculous. Good stuff. The quality of this one seems fairly good.

This product works great. I have been using it for the past few weeks and absolutely love it. Personally with the corona virus and social distancing I have not been able to go to the gym. Instead I have been using this as a substitute. J love it for sit-ups. It gets rid of the pain I feel in my lower back when doing sit ups on the ground. The reason this down not have 5 stars is that it does come a little stiff right out of the box. After breaking it in a little it will work a lot better and conform to you body. Overall a very good product and would recommend.

Comfortable and durable a mat.

Sturdy and affordable. On the bottom, it showed examples of different exercises you can do with the mat too, which was helpful.

Honestly I saw quite a few different brands and products however some were excessively expensive for a mat that is used for Ab/HSPU's however this does the job. I'm basing my review on the fact that so many others were so ridiculously expensive. The product it self is cheaply made and really should have been sold for $13 instead of the $20 however its still much cheaper than others I saw. I saw complaints over the size however I found it good for handstand push ups and just a tiny but big for ab sit ups but I was happy as it worked better than my gyms mats that we use for HSPU's on my neck. overall its an ok product and works fine.

My neighbors, who are super duper crossfitters, had other brands of ab mats. They had paid much more for theirs. However, when I took mine to their garage gym for a group workout, they immediately asked me for the link to order their own of this brand. When I can afford it, I will definitely be ordering a second one for my husband to use so that we can work out together! This is PERFECT for just enough cushioning onHSPUs, especially for beginners, yet its firm support is superb for all types of ab work. 10/10 recommend this ab mat!
