Worked incredibly. Strongly recommend.
I purchased this to retrofit the installation for a built-in barbeque grill. It required cutting a 10"X36" notch out of a rock veneer wall with steel wire reinforcement and multiple heavy gauge metal framing elements. This blade cut through them all and is not showing significant wear. Yesterday I had to cut about 1" off the end of a 3" X 8" X 26" sandstone plank. This blade went through it in about 2 minutes. I had to finish the last bit with a diamond grit Sawzall blade but the diamond circular blade goes through material about 10 times faster so it makes the entire job quick. During the grill installation I needed to cut a 1.5" thick granite slab about 12" long by 3" on each side of the grill. This blade made those cuts in under 5 minutes. I still needed the sawzall diamond blade to clean up the inner corner but the circular 70 made 95% of the cut in less time than the sawzall needed to do the 5% cleanup.NOTE: Do not be fooled into buying an expensive cement saw unless you need to do a lot of cutting. I used a circular saw I picked up for $16 on amazon and it worked great. Yeah the dust will kill the bearings but for occasional use I would be surprised if I didn't get another 80 hours of cutting out of the cheap saw. I found that for detailed and cleanup work it is very helpful to also have a 4.5" diamond blade for a standard angle grinder which cost me $19. I also found that some cuts were too difficult to reach with circular saws or grinder so I used a 8" long diamond grit Sawzall blade that cost $13 and a cheap Sawzall that cost $19. Without all three tools the job would have been difficult. My only complaint is that it is easy to loose the brass spacer and it fell out of the center the first time the blade was changed. It is not a serious problem but you do need to manually place the brass spacer before placing the saws support washer. I used a large ziplock bag to keep the saw blade and the spacer together for the next job.

Powerful!
This DEWALT diamond blade is a beast! It cuts through brick, concrete, and even some stone like butter. I used it for a recent DIY project and was incredibly impressed with its speed and durability. It stayed sharp even after tackling some pretty tough jobs. If you're looking for a reliable and powerful blade for masonry work, this is the one.

Highly Recommend!
I needed to cut trough a THICK, rough-edge of sidewalk after a crew jackhammered out our pathway for me to lay paver stones. This blade was FANTASTIC. Was exactly what I needed.(I first went to Lowe’s home improvement and their “tools specialist” recommended the WRONG blade, a grinding blade. The concrete chewed it up in 2 passes and only got me to 1/2 depth, even wetting it to keep it cool…So much for Lowes’ expertise! Eye roll.)This blade was PERFECT for the job. Plan to use it for all my cuts for the 16”x16” pavers as well, and don’t anticipate any problems at all.ETA (10/10/2022) pathway’s almost done and this blade shows NO signs of wear at all!Steps for DEEP cuts:1) The first time you use this blade or your saw, make a first pass thru your BLACK MARKER line @1/4 or 1/2 inch depth. This cut can be done DRY (yes, you’ll see a few sparks probably; but it’s no big deal for this blade). **The purpose of this step is to allow YOU to learn/check that your sight line on the front of your saw is accurately cutting. Repeat this depth until your line is perfectly straight.2) while you let your saw cool for a minute, fill the area with a cup of water!3) Adjust your saw to a deeper depth, cut it along the SAME line, and let it to cool for a min.4) Just repeat that to your max depth.**IF your piece is deeper than your saw’s depth capacity: dig out underneath the concrete, as far as you can under the cut line (so the piece you’re cutting off is essentially hanging out above the ground underneath, without “support” from any dirt below it). Use a heavy sledgehammer or some large stones dropped from head height, and the concrete WILL eventually release.

Way better than basis abrasive discs
Outlasts the typical abrasive discs that deteriorate in 5 minutes or explode when you twist them. I’ll never buy another of the typical abrasive blades again. This one I have has paid for itself several times over. SOO worth every penny.
