Pleasantly surprised
The Gear 2 is so old now that it's hard to find replacement parts these days. I purchased this band with low expectations, but I honestly love this band. If you are looking for a band that is completely identical to the original band, this is not for you but actually, I like this one better. The original band is stiff and uncomfortable. This band is flexible, comfortable, and is good quality- considering the price anyway. It's flexibly but not flimsy, and I like the thickness of the band. Lastly, I noticed when looking at other reviews for similar watch bands, people complain that some bands won't stay clipped on, or the opposite- the band just won't come off the watch, making it impossible to remove if it needs to be replaced. Fortunately, this watch band clipped on just fine, stays on, and is easily removed. I thought I was going to have to swap the hardware out of this band for the original hardware but I did not! A good buy!

It's a good replacement band
I somehow lost my original Large band from Samsung and had been forced to use the small ones they supplied. These are not OEM replacements, but they are comfortable and the sizing is perfect. Glad to have a band that isn't squeezing the circulation from my fingers anymore!

It’s not durable.
This band is extremely flimsy and broke after approximately six weeks. I would not recommend it. I’m retired so it wasn’t abused at work daily like my original Samsung strap that lasted years. I can’t find the original band for it and gave this a try. It was inexpensive but six weeks is a joke.
