I stumbled upon these Alpha GPC + Citicoline supplements from Maximize Within and was happy to add it to my routine.After a few days, my mind felt sharper and my focus returned to me. No longer was I veering off task while working or forgetting what I was doing; I could feel my productivity reemerging. The pills are very easy to incorporate in a routine, as you only need to take two pills a day, which is a lot less than other alpha GPC supplements. There is a 30 day supply, which is okay for the price point; I do wish there would be a 60 day supply instead. Well worth it for the benefits, but as always, discuss it with your doctor or healthcare provider before ordering.

No noticeable changes. I stack it with ANS Neuron which is stronger therefore masking any noticeable qualitative effects
