The wondering of running DooM on this keyboard is pure stupidity. Of course this keyboard can run DooM. It will run it at a blissful 2.8fps too. The only problem you will likely encounter, as I did when I tried to run DooM on this keyboard, is that the guy in 10 Downing Street wasn't happy such a feat was being explored and so he offered me the cure to covid. I said no of course because I'm like the star character of Skyrim. Hard as hell and full of magic. If you ever get offered the key to Mario's cart from Mario Kart, I suggest you decline if you would like to be in a shot of running DooM on this Apex 7 Keyboard. Ignore, probably mistake. It is a PC gaming keyboard, but as USB would work on ps4 anyway.

Can individual keys' backlights be turned off?

Yes, but you need to download the steelseries program from their website to do it

Can this be used as a wireless keyboard?

It's a wired keyboard with a long thick cable. Unless you want to use some form of wireless USB transmitter/receiver, but there is no point because the cable is long and thick already so you won't hide it/it might be annoying. Plus the possible delay could have an impact
