Great for the lawn!!
They work. No more cats on my lawn. I am so happy to have these pest repellents. My grass remains green and unspoiled by pesky cats!!

Worked brilliantly for a few months then cats ignore
Despite all the positive reviews I knew these ultrasonic gadgets wouldn’t work so kept the packaging as I’d be sending them back under the 45 days money back guarantee. Also, you get what you pay for and at £24.99 for two they were clearly going to be pretty bad especially when the similar RSPB approved Catwatch Ultrasonic gadgets are four times the price. Worth a go though as all other efforts to stop cats pooping under our Cedar Tree had failed and the last straw was a Tom who decided he needed to mark our Courgette plants on his garden patrols. All poop under the Cedar cleared away and grass around the Courgettes mown short I installed the PestBye units, did a walk test in front of them to ensure they covered the main cat entry routes and set the Sens. to one from max and the Freq. to the 5th dot (as per picture)……then waited. A couple of days later I watched Tom wondering towards our Courgettes but oddly he was approaching very cautiously then paused, turned around and pottered off in a different direction. A coincidence or a result? Next up was cat on route to Cedar pooping grounds, again approaching very cautiously then quietly skirting around the PestBye sensor zone and disappearing through the hedge. Hmm, maybe these gadgets do do something. Its now almost three weeks since I put the PestBye gadgets out and to my astonishment and delight our Courgettes appear to have been avoided and there are no poops under our Cedar Tree which has long been a favourite and busy spot for our local cats. Also, the cats don’t seem to be in any way distressed by the units which is important too, they just quietly avoid the areas, and the birds and other wildlife that used to visit our garden still seem to visit as usual so no other detrimental side effects which is great. I’m sort of expecting the cats to get used to the gadgets so I’m going to move them every couple of weeks just to mix things up a little. Now the dilemma. My neighbour mentioned that cats have started pooping in her flower beds. Do I tell her about the PestBye gadgets I’ve installed hence a possible/probable reason why they’re now using her flower beds? If she buys some will the cats then find a new pooping spot in my garden. Hmm, will keep a low profile for now.ONE MONTH LATER - Update. Hmm, two cat poops under the tree. A huge improvement for sure but are the cats getting used to the PestBye? I've moved the unit to a new position so lets see if that resolves the issue. Even though I can hear it working and see the blue sensor light coming on, I think I'll stick some new batteries in as well. Time will tell.EIGHT MONTHS LATERAfter an excellent start, eight months on the cats have become totally used to the PestBye and happily walk right in front of the units and relieve themselves. Moving the units around, changing the settings a bit and making sure batteries were always fresh extended the effectiveness for a while longer but I've now exhausted all permutations and PestBye now has zero effect as a cat deterrent. A good short term solution though.

ABSOLUTE B******S!!!
AWFUL OMG! :( JUST AWFUL GRRR! It's just good for shining a lovely blue light!! Which stays constantly on so no surprise or "shock" to them clever bully cats! Stupid. I had it on high then lowered it for it to flash every three seconds regardless. Don't make no sense. Cats loved it so much so that they begun to poo right in front of it. They were shocked day one and got brave and started pooing in the middle of my freshly lawned garden with golden gravel which I spent a fortune on :( My garden is 7.5 meter width. I originally bought the garden selections GFA805 solar one and had it bang in the middle. Perfect. Then I don't know what happened. REVENGE A FEW WEEKS LATER AS THE CATS FIGURED OUT HOW TO DODGE IT! POO EVERYWHERE!! LEFT RIGHT AND MIDDLE whereas at 1st they were pooing in the far right. My theory was the garden selections GFA805 was doing a good job of keeping them off the left and middle as the far corner was their only target leaving about half a meter of coverage. Soooo I bought another one and placed it in the far right corner... Then from then it went pearshaped. Inadequatenot working! Cats now pooing in the centre!! Noooo! And they love the smell of their own s***! GREAT! NOW I GET NERVOUS. SENT BACK AFTER TWO WEEKS OF PROBLEMS GETTING WORSER THAN WORSE. CATS WERE BULLYING ME! :( So I boughf thee expensive sonic one. Worst of them all!! Cats spreading to left and middle and right. They were getting their own back wth!! Strangely enough leaves were always left covering their poo after! What kind of cat is this!? Now I'm scared LOL! My son 13 said "mum cats are not that clever" as I swearrrr the cat was covering it's poo with leaves only in that far right corner, the original main target. The leaves wouldn't go nowhere else and I was scooping up every morning, so its not like it was sticky...These cats are only coming at night so I never see them!! By 7- 8am their gifts await you. Daytime/evening, coast is clear! Smh. These cats are bad man! Sooo I sent back sonic then came these and you know how I feel about these by my initial intro of writing my review. 1 week in and enough is enough, being collected tomorrow morning. By the time you read this, these would of been collected and in the meantime I've ordered pepperdust x2 bottles to come tomorrow and in the meantime is growing my scaredy cat plants inside for next month and we'll see who wins in the end. They want a fight bring it!! Omg out of all three cat deterrents the garden selections GFA805 is the best so I bought another as the other one i bought but sent back, must of just been a dodgy one, and it's now kept the cats away from the left since I've moved it from the middle. That one is bettter as its off but come close, and the lights shine bright white and make a sound. So they now stick to the right, the original spot and now the middle cos they like the smell of their own s***!:( Its been said to move them round by other reviewers but for me thats what made matters worse and antagonised the cats more to poo more omg! People are most likely moving them round cos of the issue I had...not to "confuse the cats" eye roll. However before I go..They all kept the foxes and walking dogs to keep on walking lol weird. These cats are fearless!! Anywho pepper dust and removing the half dead un wanted leafy bush which might be affecting the performance of the deterrants are getting chopped down. I'm very stubborn so they've met their match! I'll keep you posted! Hope this review was useful lol :)

It works!!!
I have been struggling with lots of cats using my garden regularly. What makes it worse is that a family member has severe pet allergies, and for this reason we cannot afford to have any cat hairs or droppings around. I was quite sceptical about trying out such a device and decided to do some research on them before investing in a few. As i had read several negative reviews on this product i was not sure what to expect. After purchasing it, i waited a few weeks to see if it actually worked before giving an honest and reliable review.I did find it a bit fiddly to put the device together. The item requires to be fixed onto the stake/ stand with screws.Once assembled i placed the batteries in and inserted the item into the ground. After a few days i did notice less cat activity in my garden. However, it wasn't until my camera alerted me about an intruder that i realised that the device was actually working. Normally, there are a few cats that regularly come into an internal area of my garden to carry out their toileting needs. So i was delighted to see that one of these cats actually moved away after coming close to the device. It should be noted that i have it on the lowest settings as to not disturb neighbours.I personally feel this device works, and works very well, and would not hesitate to buy several more.
