Nice set but faulty and incorrect instructions.
Nice set but incorrect instructions.Do not use the templates for the lock as they are dimensionally incorrect. The written dimensions are ok but the templates have been photocopied too many times and are thus inaccurate. The instructions for the door pull are incorrect for this application. They are listed for model #150 which the door pull is similar but not the same. Interestingly both instructions indicate an installation height of 36" which obviously indicates these were designed to also be sold separately. Read all instructions thoroughly before beginning the installation so you have compensated for the shortcoming in the instructions. Other than that the set works nicely.

Robust design, but won't fit a 1 3/8 door without modifications.
The overall design seems robust and I expect these will function well and last a long time.I do have a couple of issues with them though.First if you have a 1 3/8" door, they won't fit tight without some modifications. There are three different lengths screws provided to accommodate different door thicknesses. Even the shortest of these screws was still too long. They bottomed out before the knob pulled tight to the door. I suspect you could find a shorter replacement screw at your local hardware store. For me, I was able to grind off about 1/8" from the tip, redress the threads and it works just fine now.Second issue is that I ordered black, and while the "knobs" are black, the striker and strike plate are brushed nickel. Looking back at the listing I see this was an oversight on my part as they are shown with brushed nickel for these parts. However it's still a little disappointing. All of my regular door knobs, strikers and strike plates are black. These are the only ones that dont match. All in all these are an improvement over my last pocket door locks. I hope they last, if not I'll update my review.

Greate Product But There Are Things To Consider
The door handle has a nice weight to it and is well-made, but the instructions were not clear for someone who's never done this before. I also can't get it aligned as much as I tried, so I will just replace this one with a round one. Some other things I wish I knew:*I will need to cover the original pocket handle hole, which I found out is the standard way of cutting them (I thought the original installer screwed it up).*I needed to create a small indent on the frame because the handle's face sticks out a little bit (to keep it from getting all scratched up)*The screws are a little bittie bit too long for my door's depth, so the handle feels a bit loose. I'll have to stop and get some smaller ones somewhere.
