Simple and easy to use and setup, for the price you pay these are actually very good quality, the plastic design does feel flimsy and cheap but thats expected for the price, noise cancellation isnt all there but again for the price you cant expect it to be world class, if youre looking something to get by for whatever you're doing and dont want to spend a fortune this will cover all bases

Outstanding value for money.
I bought these in desperation because I've had two gaming headsets die prematurely in 3 years, and I refused to spend lots of money again. Honestly, this headset is a little gem. It's super cute, pretty comfy to wear for a few hours at a time. The value for money is outstanding. It's got decent noise cancellation, and my gaming friends say the microphone is pretty much as clear as my old gaming headset that cost four times as much. I'm definitely converted from spending well over £100 on headsets that don't even last their 2 year warranty period, when I don't even game on my pc every day. Best value for money for a USB headset.

Worked brilliantly at first, stopped working just after one year.
Used for video-conferencing and worked very well at first, the sound deteriorated after one year until they stopped working completely.

Great item quality headphones only drawback if you are a long call ear starts hurting but that is not a flaw in design probably the fact i have FA Cup ears

Adequate for most computer work, but not for music.
I have quite a large head and I find these a bit tight. That's not a problem with the product it's the problem with my build, I'm just a big man.These are fine for zoom, the microphone works very well, and is good for using with dictation software.Overall I'm very happy with these even though the audio quality is, to my ears, only fair.

Excellent product
Size fitted properly even I have small head and can fit my daughter too. Easy to connect, nice appearance and able to adjusting to fit your head. Noise cancellation worked very well.

Great sound quaity
I used ths product for Teams meetings. At first I had a problem with the microphone then I found I had to go into Settings and run a diagnostic to prevent Windows from muting the microphone.
