It doesn't hold a charge n it doesn't stay connected

I bought this to try it out.. as sometimes my battery may run low on the go and I need to recharge. This has helped me out so many times !! One of the best features is that it can stay plugged in while you use the phone. It's small and doesn't take up alot of room to store it.I ordered a second one as a back up so I can have two.

Battery is not sufficient for half charge and is very slow charging

I may have just received a dysfunctional product, however it doesn't even fully charge my Flip 5 which has a battery capacity of 3700mAh. By that logic, this 5000mAh power bank should charge at least one full charge, however it only charges about 50% of my battery.One good thing about this is that it charges fast.It works in an emergency but I don't see myself using this regularly as there are other power banks that charge better.

It has a very fast charge. My samsung phone is always on and in use much of the day. This keeps her running all day.

After a week or so of use, the charger doesn't charge. Used several outlets and no charge.
