Good Steel at a Steal
154cm is good steel. Stainless, good corrosion resistance, fair edge retention and easy to sharpen at a very good price. So bought one.It arrived ready to slice paper, but didn't do well trimming beef fat cap and connective tissue when I first tried it. This was quickly and easily fixed with 9-10 passes on each side with a diamond honing rod.The next try was perfect, easy to cut thru connective tissue and trimp fat cap on some beef and trim as fine as I wanted. The 154cm lived up to expectations, definitely easty to maintain. It also looks cool! (laughing!)

Very sharp blade
Super sharp blade but not flexible at all. Still nice to work with. Feels good in your hand and is good sized blade with great quality sheath.

Sharp Knife
Knife is very sharp... and very cheap on sale. I have not used it enough to know how well it holds an edge, or how well it sharpens. So far, so good. I will update it after having used it for awhile.

Love it!
Came very sharp. Hoping that it’ll maintain its sharpness a bit longer than other knives. Yet to find out.

Beautiful knife
So I got this for a friend who butchers her own rabbits. And the day that I gave it to her was the day that she decided to teach me to butcher a rabbit. Well let me say this thing worked amazing The Edge on it that it came with slice through that rabbit like it was nothing you couldn't even feel as you pulled. And I love the look of it it is an absolutely beautiful knife. The weight is good it's not a heavy knife but you can tell that it's very sturdy and built well. It seems to be well balanced I never felt like I was going to drop it once. Now as far as the edge retention I did notice that there was one tiny little Nick in the blade it wasn't very deep it can be sharpened out very easily very quickly but I believe that was due to me coming in contact with bone. I have not been able to see whether or not it has rusted because with any nice blade you wash it and dry it off so that way there's no chance for rust to form. Looking forward to buying one of these for myself

I use this for cutting meat at my job!
I work at a restaurant where we fillet our own meat. Chicken, steak, and fish. Work amazing right out of the box! Very, very, sharp; keeps its sharpness for a while. I think I cut about 20lbs of meat before I used a honing steel; and sharpened it with a whetstone after about 60lbs of meat. The sheath is reliable for hunting/ fishing. TBH I would use this knife during an apocalypse if need be.

Wish the handle was finished better
I’ve bought two different Huusk knives because I like the hammered blade style. They’re sharp and fun to work with for an average home kitchen. They’re also instant conversion topics. My gripe is that the wooden handles are not finished as well as they should be. The handle on knife1 was still rough in spots like it wasn’t done being sanded, it also dried out quickly. Knife2 was this one, it had rough spots as well and the finish on the handle would come off on a drying towel. Wash it extra thoroughly. Decent knives for the price, I just wish the handles had more time to be polished up correctly. Won’t be buying this brand again because I shouldn’t have to do extra work fixing issues that other knives don’t have.
