Remember to get only tocotrienol that has delta and gamma tocotrienols. This is the one. Even though it's more expensive than the ones that's not deltagold. this is real deal.Or just use annato seeds in your foods. Or in coconut oil i slowy heat the oil for annato seeds to get the color n tocotrienols to get out. But Be careful supplementing on vitamin e and alpha tocotrienols.
