Does it come as a whole key or just the button top

It's a whole key, the "key" part is connected to the back plastic. I just used the buttons and top piece to connect to my current fob.

Do it come with circhit boards

It was just the key fob with the pieces (unlock, lock, trunk open & painic) and of course an uncut key

Can you transfer from a key and remote(seperate) to it being together?

This product is only a shell with blank key,depending on your current remotes size,will determine if it will fit into new shell
