Love Liquid IV for those days post hard workout and working outside in the garden. This flavor is one of my favorite and I like that it is no sugar. It mixes really well with water and I find the sugar free ones dissolve better. I subscribe and save this as my husband and I go through a pack a month.

I discovered these at Costco, but they don't always have the sugar free version. So glad I bought these since it's perfect after a workout or if your dehydrated after a hike. I purchased a few bags to give to my kids as well. Great tasting and not too sugary. I cut it with extra water. Highly recommend.

Tastes very good, mixes/dissolves quickly. I found that using 1/2 packet per 16.9 oz bottle of water was sufficient, using a whole paclet made the water taste overly sweet to me. Using a larger bottle of 24oz or more with a whole packet kept the flavor in balance well.The only thing keeping from a 5 star is the expensive price and the number of packets in a package. Costco does carry this brand in different flavors, 3x the amount of packets for a slightly higher price.The sugar-free options need to expand their flavors beyond raspberry-everything and lemon lime or sour flavors in general.

I use 1 Liquiv IV after every long workout I do (2-3 times a week) and I absolutely love them!! I feel recovered faster and have noticed that I’m less sore and less prone to muscle strains. I tend to dilute the packets into about 50ml of water (two large water bottles) to get more water in my system, but that’s just personal preference. I also love that these have 0 sugar! Great value for money and leaves me hydrated

This product is a bang for the buck and is excellent for hydrating. Easy-to-open pouches to use for water bottles and then shake to mix. The lemon-lime flavor is similar to a Gatorade flavor.

Tried this at the recommendation of a friend and it is really good. This is the only flavor I purchased but I will buy more. Perfectly light, refreshing and hydrating for the golf course on our hot, humid Texas days.

The product taste good. I was suppose to get it by 8am but then they running late then i was suppose to get it by 11am and it is now 2:38 and i still didn't receive it .
