Made in China, missing parts, seller and supplier did correct the issue (mostly)
When I received the package I discovered it was missing parts, namely the main transverse bar and one end cap for one of the smaller bars. The package also didn't include instructions, but I was able to download them from Norco's site directly and identify the exact replacement parts to request. I contacted the seller who promised to reach out to Norco on my behalf, but I didn't hear anything back the next day. For about a week I would contact the seller every other day for a tracking number on the replacement parts, but they never received a tracking number from Norco. I figured I would wait until close to the end of the return policy window and see what happened. Today the transverse bar and end cap showed up, but the transverse bar is missing the end caps too. Whatever, at least I have all the major mechanical parts needed to make this work now. The construction seems sturdy and I'm ready to drop the transmission out of my Mazda now.
