I have never used straighteners before but as I have my grandaughters living with me now I thought I should have some. This photo is my first attempt on the youngest and we are both very pleased with how easy they are to use and how quickly they make nice bouncy curls.I am happy that I chose good quality ghd instead of cheaper ones. I hope they are a good investment as I would not normally pay this much and hope they will last a long time.They are so much easier and quicker to use than the curling tongs I used to use years ago which made my arms and wrists ache having to hold them up so long. These straighteners heat up immediately and are so lightweight that using them is effortless. So far I am impressed with quality, value for money and ease of use.

These were a upgrade to the basic pair that I’ve had 10 years which I gave to my daughter , I’m loving these don’t catch my hair, straighter hair only going over once or twice (I have curly hair) don’t feel heavier than old pair & so easy to use , I took a long time to buy these as I thought are they worth it as my old pair still worked but I did it as my daughters broke so thought I’d give her my old pair & treat myself I’m so glad I did straighten my hair in half the time than my old pair so easy to use I wished I brought the wider plates as my hair long but was worried about the weight but these straighten my hair perfectly

The media could not be loaded. Superb. This is the second pair we have bought, because the first set were left in Spain by accident and so a new pair were needed in the UK. They are very good, feel like real quality in your hand, no hair damage, and very long cable which is essential for low down plug sockets. Highly recomended.
