My short story....I began having hot flashes, thank you pre menopause. I did a little online research and discovered Black Seed Oil. Let me tell you my fellow sisters, it didn't work the first week, nor the 2nd, maybe a little in the 3rd, but just around 30 days...NO HOT FLASHES. I've been taking this for a few years now. Last fall, I had another hot flash and bumped up to 3 capsules every morning. Is it going to solve any and all of our menopausal issues, absolutely not, but it's helped me, several of my friends and made my daughter's periods more tolerable.

I read somewhere that this helps prevent sunburns and keeps bugs away. I took 2 of these a day rather than apply sunscreen/bug spray and I never got burnt during my summer camp. I used to ALWAYS get bitten up by mosquitoes, but I have noticed that when I have taken this, the bugs tend to leave me alone more than others. It kinda tastes weird, but overall a great product.

we’ve used this for a few years. I don’t know if it works or not as we don’t notice any difference. The worst part is the taste. Especially of your burps and it will make you burp. Tastes/smells like wooden pencil shavings.
