Quality product but very expensive

Very good product appears to be effective.Use as directed and go with your gut too. Have ordered more to use so bats s good sign along with bloods showing improvement in recent results along with overall healthy eating too. This will work along with a choice of a healthier lifestyle.

I am glad that these smallish capsules only contain 500mg of Berberine. This gives the buyer the option of taking anything from 500 to 1500 mg daily. Some people, like myself, cannot tolerate high doses of Berberine without serious stomach issues, at least without increasing very slowly.However, this does not excuse the way the seller headlines the 60 capsules offered and leaves the buyer to dig in to the very small print to discover that s/he is expected to take two a day, thus doubling the price. Personally, I don't think I would afford the current price of £21.99 for 30 days = over 73p daily.It is impossible for the consumer to evaluate the effect that these supplements have on him/her, unless something very striking occurs, for good or bad. Other reviewers before me have made some extremely pertinent observations on this form of Berberine. I suggest anyone contemplating buying read those reviews before deciding on what is, to my mind, a considerable outlay.

If you take time to study the effects of berberine, this is one impressive combination of herbs. It has been used in Chinese medicine for almost 2,000 years. The optimal dose is 500mg three times a day. This product gives 1000mg per 2 tablets. So you need to take 3 tablets daily to get the required dose. Whilst this product advertises it is 10 times better absorbed, I have not noticed any great differences between this product and other makes. It is effective, but I cannot substantiate the claim it is better absorbed than some other brands.

Unfortunately the performance of this product was poor and did not work at all for me. It’s overpriced and not great value for money. Do not waste your money.
