Pretty good healthy alternative.
I actually like the item. I looked past the reviews about how runny and unappetizing it looked because that’s how a lot of natural butters look once you get them. I had to give it a bit of a stir but it was fine… (FYI: each time you use it..its best that you stir it…) I haven’t noticed a after taste or bitterness… I’ve eaten it in and on several things. I like that its crunchy..

Incredible Vision, But Nutty Butter Isn't Ready for Prime Time
I’m a big fan of what Bryan Johnson is doing to push the boundaries of human health and longevity. His mission is inspiring, and I want him to keep pushing forward. That said, this particular product—Nutty Butter—feels like it hit the shelves before it hit the mark.Let’s start with the positives: macadamia nuts and walnuts are nutritional powerhouses. Macadamias are rich in monounsaturated fats that support heart health and may help reduce inflammation. Walnuts are packed with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid shown in recent studies to support brain function and cardiovascular health. Together, they make a compelling duo for anyone chasing optimized performance and long-term wellness. But here’s the issue—and it's a big one. My jar had a large piece of plastic along with several smaller plastic shards, and what looked like sharp walnut shell fragments. That’s a serious safety concern, especially from a brand built on precision and data-driven quality. The flavor and texture? Pretty solid. Slightly oily, but the nut blend delivers a rich, earthy taste that you don’t usually get from mass-market nut butters. With a little more refinement and better quality control, this could be a game-changer.I’m rooting for Bryan and the Kernel team, but Nutty Butter isn’t ready for prime time just yet. I’ll be watching for version 2.0.

Watch out for shell bits
I really like the nutty butter, but you could bust a tooth out. That is, there are bits of shells in there. I have bought five jars, all had shell bits.In the pix, you can see that I found 3 teeth-busting shells in one random scoop of delicious nutty butter.I think it is a healthy snack, but, dang, please, Blueprints, there should not be any tooth-splitting shells in there.

Unsure but like it too
Sooo I’m still unsure how to describe this….you can tell there are no BD ingredients! You only taste what is in there…with that said as much of an oil base as it has it’s somehow still quite dry. Since it is quite healthy and clean I opted to use this for protein shakes and to mix with some teddies pb when I make protein wraps. It’s not the kind of thing you will want to eat by the spoon. The container size makes it hard to mix to regulate the base of the oil….so I advise transferring it to a larger size bowl mixing it then returning back to container.

Delicious
Having never been a fan of sweetened nut butters, I find this very savory, nutty and satisfying

Walnuts and macademias are good for blood sugar, brain and KETO snak.
I love it! Wish a store near me carried better food -- this is GREAT for low oxolates and BRAIN - ALA which IS GOOD! and not bad for blood sugar. The TASTE? This jar that I am ordering will be gone within a couple hours of it being delivered. I am keto and wish to do the best for my brain nutritionally. I have NO willpower over this item. Takes a couple hours - but ... I love it. :)

Things to know
First of all, the jar is very small. I should have done more research to realize that. Second, it needed quite a bit of doctoring as it has no salt or sweetness whatsoever, so I added some honey and salt. Again, that’s just me, but in case others wanted to know. And lastly, there are tiny little shells that you do have to watch out for. I would buy it again, but I would not pay $11 for the jar that was that small.
