Easy to use
I got this iron fish because I though it would be a good and easy way to get more iron into my diet. This is super easy to use and I don't notice any change in taste or flavor in my food after. The fish design is cute too

swimming in iron
This is the best way to get iron when you're cooking something outside of a cast iron pot/pan. It's perfect for soups and stews and sauces. Our iron levels have improved dramatically since we started using cast iron and this is a helpful additional way to get more iron in

Tested Positive for Lead
Warning: Contains lead. I used a lead detecting swab on this fish and it tested positive for lead.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this fish. I was hopeful that it would be a nice holistic alternative to supplemental iron pills, which can give me stomach issues. The fish did come in a beautiful box and storage pouch with care instructions.

Easy to use
This was my first experience with an Iron Fish. It was really easy to use as you basically just boil it. I'm trying to use this often to help up my iron. I don't notice any change in the taste of the water, so I'll keep using it and hope it works.

Low On Iron
For years I’ve been low on iron, hoping to change this quickly. Because of this issue, I’m always tired. Well, I’m hoping that with this fish tool, I can get my iron levels up and have more energy. I can’t say this tool will do these things but there’s no harm in trying to make yourself feel better. I’ll update.

Great for vegetarians or just to get more iron
I am used to cooking for vegetarians so I do like cooking in cast iron when possible. Theoretically, you can get a little extra iron from the pot, but in practice I'm not sure how well that works because cast iron has a seasoning that acts like a nonstick coating. I had never seen anything like this until recently, but I immediately loved the idea. I would not recommend using it in a tomato sauce or anything else that acidic, but for other cooking water it is fine. I don't know how anyone could tell how much iron they're getting from this, but since we're starting at such a low available iron level to begin with, I'm not worried about getting too much. Make sure that you clean and dry it well before storing it. No complaints.
